Chip Conveyor

Chip conveyors are made to improve work efficiency by automatically discharging metal chips/metal scrap from machine tools. We can provide various types of conveyors depending on the type and method of metal being processed. Our engineers will select the best type for each machine and material.

Chip Crusher

Our chip crushers can reduce the metal scrap to approximately 1/3 of the original volume. This contributes to the reduction of the factory running cost such as manpower reduction, waste disposal cost reduction. We manufacture a PATENTED chip crusher especially designed to be highly durable against load.

Chip Compactor

Filtration System

Our filtration system removes the metal chips and sludges remaining in the coolant and contributes to the prevention of mechanical problems and the stability of the accuracy of the metal processing. Also, by using this system the coolant will last longer so the cost and work of maintenance will be reduced.

Automized System

We can provide a totally automized system for discharging the metal chips produced when using machining tools. We will combine our chip conveyors, coolant tanks, and chip crushers all designed and manufactured in Thailand.

Chip compressor "MAS-100"

Chips, which require significant post-processing, can be reduced to as little as 1/50 in volume and solidified to promote efficient production, factory optimization, and effective use of resources. Combined with a crusher, the processing capacity can be expanded 2 to 4 times. It is compatible with a wide range of metals such as iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and gunmetal.

Chip Crusher (Single Use Type / Hanging Type)

Moretech manufacture a PATENTED chip crusher specially designed to be highly durable against load. Unlike other models, our crushers have a guide shaft and a rotating blade shaft vertically attached and also fixed blades on both sides. Hinge Type

Our hinge type conveyors are suitable to be adapted to lathe/turning machines. We use thick metal for the main parts of the conveyor so that it does not abrade and has a high durability. Scraper Type

Our scraper type conveyor is suitable to be adapted to machining centers and grinding machines for small metal chips that would get caught in the joints of a hinge type. It discharges the metal chips by dropping them to the bottom of the conveyor and then scraping them out. Magnet Scraper Type

The magnet placed at the bottom of the conveyor will catch all the minute pieces of metal and discharge accurately. The stainless scrapers can efficiently collect the metal chips. Screw Type / Coil Type

The rotating screw/coil compresses and pushes out the metal chips. Suitable for mixed length metal chips or small sized metal chips. Drum Filter Type

Aluminum metal chips can get so light that they will float around in the coolant. Our drum filter will catch the aluminum and then blow it of using a nozzle so that it can be discharged. The filter will always be in a cleaned state so that no maintenance is required and it can be used continuously. Sock Type Filtration System (Fixed Type / Mobile Type)

The filter with the filtration accuracy of approximately 10μｍ (micro-meters) will catch minute metal chips and other foreign objects in the coolant. We supply the fixed type "More Filter" and the mobile type "More Q Filter". It is possible to be introduced on a low cost and will help cut extra expenses.
